Top Tier: Nobody. Everyone has pros and cons.
Mid Tier: Fiji- Good members, but small house. ADPhi- Decent frat bros, good parties. DU- Decent frat bros, good parties. Sigma- Sweet house, OK parties, decent bros. Skulls- Amazing house, decent bros. Aep-Trying to get into the scene, some decent parties and decent guys. DKE- House looks like a dump but their guys are ok and their parties are fun occasionally, overall not as good as the rest mid tier but not bad enough to be bottom.
Bottom tier: Zeta- Garbage members, garbage parties, but nice house. Lambda- same thing. TDX- Same thing
Those who arent on here just arent well known enough. Probably mid tier as well but just need to do more outreach.

I mean yeah, they have the standard hot white dudes that embody fraternities. But they also cant throw parties because their house sucks. So its a strange mix
