Best frat to rush this winter?

All other rankings have like low likes and high dislikes? I feel like Lambda, DU, DKE & TDX are all frats to stay away from clearly but which are the good ones though? Fiji & ADPhi seem to be pretty good, any others?

This place is a garbage idea of getting to know what a house is like. Yeah, there are degens but the "best" house to rush is whichever one you vibe with
