It doesn't matter which frat is the "best".... What matters is the richest fraternities....

2. DKE/PKS
3. Beta

This is the way it is, nothing is changing anytime soon. Greek life @ uoft is static and decentralized lately (mostly due to fall of the fsc). The only frats making real moves are SigChi and Adphi, and even that is barely breaching tier 2.
