Not sure if this is true so wanted to confirm. A nonpanhell mentioned that all greek houses will be shut down due to Toronto changing housing regulations?

Yonder isn't entirely misinformed, some houses might lose the ability to have students living there without making changes but plenty of houses will also be unaffected or make the changes and be fine. So congrats, you're kinda right and kinda wrong, I guess that's the non-panhel way.
