This is true, I have also heard Nonpanhels will be skyrocketing in tiers as they will be the only ones allowed to keep their houses... oh wait.

Yonder isn't entirely misinformed, some houses might lose the ability to have students living there without making changes but plenty of houses will also be unaffected or make the changes and be fine. So congrats, you're kinda right and kinda wrong, I guess that's the non-panhel way.
