Let's start with the outside, and it really depends on what you're talking about: FIJI is definitely not eye candy on the outside, but at least their house is structurally sound, unlike DKE's.
I think most will find Beta, Zeta, and DU to be aesthetic depending on your taste. Skulls is nice but looks kinda...tiny.
And while I have no evidence that Sigma Chi was a pre-school, I don't think you can convince me otherwise.
On the inside, don't bother looking.

Best houses:
Alpha Gam: nice, rustic, typical american sorority house, is also the biggest and not a duplex
Alpha phi: modern/classy, nicely coordinated, also not a duplex
Gamma: rustic, pink, nice tiles
Middle tier house:
Kappa: nice dining area and couches
Worst houses:
Tri Delt: disgustingly dirty, like always
Pi phi: barely has any furniture in their house. the only nice thing about their house is their flower painted wall
Aopi: has no furniture, no nice area for pictures, entire house is just disappointing and bland

Also I don't know if Phi Delta Theta is around anymore, but whoever designed that thing needs a new career.
