Looks like kappa and aoii did well both recruiting 3-4 members, piphi not great but at least they recruited two girls, seems like agd doesn’t have any new members though? They had the most events and you still see them posting everyday about COB. Looks like the house is getting worse everyday, almost sad to see

recruitment/cob is not about which house gets the most members therefore that house is doing better. quite contrary to that actually. for COB, houses that offer the most bids have more spots to fill and are under panhel quota but a substantial amount. it means that their sisterhood is weak and they do not have good member retention. learn more before you speak. do not speak of that which you know nothing about. fools.

Exactly! And there are graduating members in the fall, members who go pre-alum before they graduate, and much more factors. Retention has been a chapter and a Greek issue in general over the last year but COB is not a result of a bad sisterhood.

I think the person was referring about how many events AGD hosted in comparison to the other houses that had COB. If you read the replies it says they have from 6-9 new members so regardless of you calling people 'fools' you're still validating their point about AGD having a weak sisterhood and bad member retention like you called it boo

so it’s bad to recruit sisters now? obviously it’s hard to recruit anyone when it’s not formal recruitment season... now that we aren’t affiliated with the school it’s so much harder to advertise from a Panhellenic perspective. almost every sorority but maybe gamma does COB, and they keep it hidden because they find it “embarrassing.” what’s embarrassing about wanting more sisters? were you aware that alpha phi does secret COB coffee sessions- even though they don’t advertise it? idon’t understand the bad stigma about a COB when so many sisters can go as an alumna early for a variety of reasons. people suspend. people graduate. like i can guarantee you that sisterhood isn’t always the issue and especially for agd when they don’t even interact with the Greek community because they love being amongst themselves lmao

The other houses had fewer events...because they needed fewer people....? And if you read the responses youd see that agds issue isnt weak sisterhood boo
