what does cob stand for

thinking of joining a sorority and seeing so many strange terms being thrown around. can anyone help me explain some of them?

I'm not Panhellenic, but COB stands for "Continious Open Bidding" which is essentially informal recruitment. If you're at UofT definitely join a Panhellenic sorority, if not, there are internationals that are great options!
