can i join a frat even though i'm in utm?

I'll be studying at UTM this year and couldn't find any fraternities in the campus. Can I join the ones in the St. George campus or are there any in UTM?

Most of the frats recruit students from any university in Toronto. On greek rank it says UofT but there are guys from Ryerson, York, UofT (all campuses), George Brown.
