For any guy interested in rushing a fraternity this coming year, here is a truthful and honest representation of each house. As accurate and realistic as it can get so don't hate the messenger but this is true.

Top Tier:
1) Sigma Chi
2) Beta
3) Lambda Chi
4) Phi Kap

Mid Tier:
5) ADPhi
6) DKE
7) FIJI
8) DU
9) Zeta Psi

Bottom Tier:
10) AEPii
11) TDX
12) Phi Kappa Pi

Pretty accurate but sigma chi is middle tier not top of the top tier! Lambda and phi kapp are tied for #1 houses in my opinion. Fiji would be in the top and not middle because they're straight up gentlemen :)
