I used to go to your philanthropy events all the time, even taking a limo from where our house is with at least 5-6 guys. We always felt very welcome. Now that I know less of your ladies there due to generational changes, I understand it, if I do not get invited on Facebook. However, your last philanthropy could have been executed better. And I chose to end my four years of attendance streak due to the following reasons: Besides the coincidental poor weather conditions, you have hosted your event on a Monday night. You used to host it on Wednesday evenings because you recognized the fact that your house was not the closest location for people in the Greek land to visit. I cannot comment on the attendance of the event that night because I wasn’t there. But words have it that even your alumni members bailed. I will give you the acknowledgement for the online payment platform, but I couldn’t donate online after your event ended (maybe I wasn’t doing it right). Lastly, I noticed something while attending your philanthropy event in the fall term. Very little amount of conversation was being made from the hosts to the guests. My boys felt unwelcome from some of your girls and felt awkward. Subsequently, we left the event in less than 10 minutes. I apologize if I’m being too honest here, but this had to be said. One of my good friend was a president at your house and I am just a concerned old friend. I am willing to attend with your president emeritus next time, if the issues addressed above are to be taken seriously.

I know a ton of people don't really like heading out to Pi Phi because of the distance from the Annex but when we do go over I have the best time there. The sisters I know are some of the most genuine and happiest women I've met at UofT, and the sisters I don't know still treat everyone that walks through the door with respect and a smile! They are for sure an amazing sorority, and I'm happy to support their philanthropies when I can!!
