Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Toronto - UofT 1.8 1. Vlad fools around with other girls even though he has a girlfriend 2. Vlad is not that attractive in general. Maybe by fratland standards he could be considered hot, but not in general.

If you always have gdi's at your house no wonder sorority girls don't come out to your events. You've made it really clear you'd rather socialize with gdi's

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Toronto - UofT 4.5 Amazing coffee house! The attendance was a bit low at one point, but I'm sure if you have a few more coffee houses/open mic's a lot more people will attend. I loved how the audience loved all the performers no matter what. Great atmosphere, performances & guys.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Toronto - UofT 4.0 Sororities came at different times in the night, sororities that came were AGD, AOPI, and Delta Pi. You either did not stay very long, which gives you a pretty fragmented view of how great that event really was, or you're socially awkward and don't know many greeks. My guess is that the answer lies somewhere in between the latter and former.
