I agree partially with the below. But these guys have gotten better and the newer guys are great. Some girls come over for free stuff, but it's like that at every frat. Others come just to hang out with the guys. ADP might not be the top house, but I think they are the most well rounded house.

these guys have exclusive parties all the time that exclude a lot of the douchey people from fratland that are probably the ones giving phi delts bad ratings on here. pitty ;)
