Phi Delt used to be just a South American and Chinese rat but over the last 3 years they've just taken off! Vlad, Adrian, Rob, KC, Brendon, they're just a great group of guys and they're classy as hell! Also, they easily have the best house in fratland cuz their president renovated the entire first floor. IT LOOKS AMAZING, and it just adds to the appeal. They're succesful. Vlad, Adrian, Ajk are all working in the professional feild.. Robert is a millionaire or something, they've just got the makings of a bunch of guys who are going to make it in life!
