This is the only frat that I go to regularly and still don't know any of the guys, except 2 or 3 of you. You guys need to learn how to treat people better, especially the ones that support you and have consistently done so through out the years (even before my time in frat land).

Why do all the Phidelt rankings end up being about 2 or 3 guys? Is your chapter just so quality deprived? Cuz those 3 arent a big deal outside of Vlad. But huge browny points for being a bunch of good guys. Just focus on rush

These guys are actually pretty cool! I was a little on edge about having a social with them because of some of the stories I heard, but after I met them I regretted that! They are very nice and pretty chill. Their house could use a good cleaning tho, too bad they dont take care of it, from the outside it was definitely once beautiful!
