From what I've seen, "top fraternity" here at U of T. Largest (I think?) chapter, but also great quality of members. Their guys are very well put together, and I always feel safe at their frat parties. They seem quite close with each other, and many also seem pretty wealthy. Great relations with sororities (bc they aren't creepy!)but I don't think they mesh with the other frats.

PiPhi is slowly coming back into relevancy after the last year. Always see a couple out at parties and always nice and excited to yap. Have a lot of potential but need to stop the in fighting. It’s not that big of a problem if some like going out to parties.

I do have to say after going to a couple of their parties there house is probably the best at uoft it is so maintain and clean
