this chapter has the best brothers! they made me feel safe and I had a lot of fun. Such sweet young men, especially Zach, he's so kind and loving and such a fun guy as well. Definitely would come again!!

They are unlike any other fraternities that I’ve been to. They are really nice with really nice people and they treated me with the utmost respect. Especially Zach, who was always a sweetheart to me. Thanks a tonne to him and his really cute Indian friend for rekindling faith in me for fraternities.

Phi delt is the best of the best when it comes to being welcoming! A fellow brother stood out to me (Zach). He is very wonderful and kind, as well as very fun. He works hard academically but that does not stop him from having his fair share of fun. He is the epitome of what a university student should look up to and be! zach lam is very welcoming and kind. he has a great personality and always prioritizes his academics. that being said, he is still always down for a good time. he is a great addition to phi delta theta and fits in well.

Zac is very welcoming , respectful , chill and fun! This fraternity was very welcoming ! We played pool, very fun. Better than the other frats I’ve been to!

I wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience with Phi Delts. I've encountered many fraternities, but none compare to the warmth and hospitality I’ve found here. From the moment I was introduced to brothers like Zach, I was welcomed with genuine kindness. He not only went out of his way to be friendly but also made sure I felt included at every gathering. Whether it was social events or parties, he made each moment meaningful—especially during Super Bowl night at the house, which became an unforgettable experience.
