coming from a junior not in a srat (with friends in all):

kappa- very cookie cutter, they care a lot about what other ppl think of them, lowk not that fun at parties except for a few outliers because so concerned with their image, big emphasis on lineages
beta- very chill, nice group of girls and don't care about all the bs and drama at wake (some of this comes from not being national/less rules), always having a good time when out and like to let loose
chi o- fun and pretty girls, VERY CLIQUEY WITH FRIEND GROUPS- if you go in alone or with a group less than 6 ppl you will likely struggle and not make many new friends and first semester groups stick together (many girls I know struggle with this), usually nice girls as individuals though

Chio is known to rush friend groups but if you are outgoing and make friends easily, you'll be all set. Also, it's only 6 girls out of a pc of 86, so you'll be sure to make friends with the other 80 that aren't a part of the "friend group"

This is accurate. Those three—Beta, Chio, and Kappa—are the hardest to get a bid from. Next are KD, DDD, and DZ. DDD does not stand on its own on the second tier, no matter how many times they try to push that. They have ADPi vibes through and through—mostly girls with strict/religious/helicopter upbringings who go wild at college.
