KA, Sig Chi, and DKE

Well I'd party there tier
Pike and SAE

I'd go there if my friends were tier
Alpha Sig, Sig Ep, Chi Psi, and Lambda Chi

Do I have to go there? tier
Sig Pi and Theta Chi (I guess AEPi?)

Will they still be a fraternity in two years?
SNU and Kappa Sig

I'd put Alpha Sig and Lambda in the bottom and move Theta Chi up one. Other than that, pretty accurate.

theta chi is the bottom of the bottom, stop trying to market it as anything more. Lambda has good parties and is solidly lower middle tier
