How hard is it to get in a sorority here? Do some already have lists of who they want?

Very hard to get to bid from Kappa or Beta if you aren’t already connected to them.

Odds of getting a bid from the other ones are very good if you are open. Go out on campus and meet some girls the rest of the semester. Then relax and have fun during rush. There are great girls in all sororities. Good luck.

yes most already have lists but they're still open to all girls/looking during formal recruitment. don't worry if you haven't met anyone- you could still get a bid from any sorority. however ur chances r much increased if you have met upperclassmen
