Freshman social scene
by: New to wakeHey! Is there a social scene at wake outside of Greek life ? Are there any sororities or fraternities with non-drinkers lol? Helpful answers are welcome.

There are many different ways to define a social scene. If you are looking for the typical going out/party scene you are going to need to join a frat or sorority. If you are just looking for friends to hang out with you don't need to, but especially if you're a guy you can't go to any parties if you aren't in a greek organization.

You can party as much or as little as you want in any Greek organization. But the stereotypical party sorority would probably Beta. The least would be theta.

I am in a fraternity. There was someone in my pc that didn't drink. If youre a guy just know that can come with some consequences during pledging. If youre a girl im assuming its easier but I could be wrong. Also I can assure you there is a life outside of greek like as long as you aren't socially inept.
