Lambda: Pros - solid house location, chill guys
Cons - parties are very hit or miss
ChiPsi: Pros - good rep. with sororities, smart guys Cons - party house is out of the way
SAE: pros - good brotherhood, fun guys Cons: some history with SA, parties don't always hit

Among top sororities Lambda is the best and keeps getting better and better every year. I see them not only top tier in a short time but top fraternity.
