Actual frat ranks going into winter break

Frats in each tier have no particular order
Top:
Pike & KA
Always have the biggest turnout, good themes, and mix with the top sororities. So beer.
Lower top:
SAE & Machi
Also mix with the top sororities and have good parties, just aren’t on that level of pike and KA. Machi’s selectivity has also hurt them over the past few years.
Top middle:
Lambda & Chi Psi
Good groups of guys who take themselves less seriously but have good parties. Started mixing with the upper frats recently. Good for them.
Lower middle:
Sig Pi, Tachi, Asig
These guys throw a good amount, just don’t attract huge crowd for big parties. Guys are definitely less fraternal than the upper tiers. Asig also has no presence on campus.
Bottom:
Pi kapp, Aepi, Ksig
Smaller frats, with smaller parties. They struggle with attracting crowds but still have a better campus footprint than asig which isn’t that hard to do tbh.
