Pike Falling off

Do you think pike is going to fall off when they lose Newlight to Tachi? Like if they aren't in the compound and their only party basement is far away, will people still go? I know they are considered one of the better frats, but this could be the start of their downfall.

Pike is already starting to fall off. They only survive by throwing darties, and even then they have to mix with other frats.
