Sororities more inclusive???

Like take beta for example. They’re pretty diverse, not just racially but personality wise too. They have such an interesting mix of girls and are in the top 3, so it’s not like diversity contributes to a lower ranking! Let me know any frat with a mix like them and maybe I’ll change my view. Oh right, there isn’t one.

This is the reason Beta is #1. Diversity. Other sororities and frats need to get on board. About 2 frats are more diverse than others. Honestly, the reason Wente wants to get rid of Greek Life(coming down hard on the frats) is the lack of diversity and inclusion. Read the room, guys.

First off, yes, greek life is inherently white, no argument there.

2. Frat PCs are 20ish while srat PCs are 60ish, so for every 1 frat poc there would have to be 3 srat poc. Proportionally, I think the op's argument kind of falls apart.

3. The "Top" frats are less diverse, sure, but there are some "more" diverse frats like Chi Psi and Tachi. Kind of depends what basements you are in every Friday night...seems like a sell serving bias if you're only frequenting pike, machi, KA, etc.

I think OP is not just talking about racial diversity, but personality wise too. It seems like the frats give out bids to a certain type of guy that fits a very traditional frat guy description.

Why beta is so popular lies on their girls being a more non traditional sorority girl bunch. It’s such a very interesting mix of girls that you don’t know what you’re going to get when you talk to a beta. So yes, some frats do have racial diversity, but even those tokens are insufferable to talk to when they act no different than every other guy in their fraternity. Sometimes, girls want someone more interesting to talk to than a basic guy with bad beer breath, wearing costco clothes, and thinks every girl wants them.
