Up/Mid/Low Tiers

No intricate tiers here. WFU only has Upper/Middle/and Lower.

Up - Pike/SAE/KA
Mid - Machi/Chi Psi/Lambda
Low - ASig/SigPi/Tachi/AEPi

DKE and KSig - not recognized by WFU so they can't participate in University things which are not great signs. DKE will never be invited back but KSig is clawing back.

Up - XO/KKG/Beta
Mid - DZ/DDD/KD
Low - Theta/ADPi
