Again, DKE isn’t top and most kappas I know would agree so that’s wrong.
Beta has always been top so saying Beta is top “now” is wrong.
XO has to give out snaps every year which is fine but not having enough pnms to fill a pc does not make you top so that’s also
wrong. Maybe if XO quit worrying about ranks, they would have more time to focus on actually rushing and making pnms excited to join. Just a thought….
