Theta vs. Adpi?

Can someone pls explain why people are starting to compare these two? Theta pulled a much larger pc this year, and there’s no doubt they are doing much better, but it’s still very small compared to every other sorority’s

adpi bids lots of girls but their retention rate is awful

Adpi is a sweet group, though maybe a bit bland. Both are “lower” but still good options.
