Why does chi o have to give out snap bids

One thing I’m confused about, if chi o is one of the top three, then why is it that they didn’t make quota last year but srats “ranked below” them did?

If they cut too heavily in early rounds and are not the first choice for as many PNMs as they bank on, they could come out short on quota.

Chio is purposefully selective during rush and does not care about meeting the quota panhel selects. it’s how they are moving up I. The world. Chi o is a great sorority, one of the best.

They’re still a solid option. The only problem is they really care about their rank and they’re all over this website announcing they are top. It is weird.

They do fall behind Kappa of course and also beta.
