To break it down in the most unbiased way I can, here is the tier system based on the vibe a srat gives.
Cheat sheet: to the left are your more chill srats and to the right are your more traditional srats. Example: the girls in beta, chi o, dz, and theta are gonna have a more similar vibe.
Top: Beta Kappa

Mid: DZ KD

From my experience, chi o is more traditional in the sense kappa is more traditional. I feel like DDD also falls in this camp. KD is also a ton more chill than listed here. if I could graph this it would look something more like this:
