top fraternity bid difficulty

How hard is it to get a bid from one of the top fraternities on campus? (DKE, KA, Sigma Chi, SAE, Pike, etc.)

Just show up and dont be an ass during rush/make a good impression in the fall when your a freshman. Not that hard and its pretty universal.
