transferring as a sophomore

so i'm not sure how this works but i am thinking of transferring as a sophomore next fall. would i have to go through spring rush or could i join my new chapter in the fall?

Some of the organizations will be going through some sort of fall recruitment, but no one will know who until later in the year. Since the process is changing we really have no clue what's happening. Contact Annie Carlson if you have questions!

WFU rushes in spring. Great to get to know unit then rush.
Lots of students rush in 2d year.
No snob issues first or second year rushing.

Girls cant rush in the fall anymore. Guys still can. Laos what is meant by "join my new chapter"?
