what makes a sorority top tier?
by: abababababaPlease explain, because I don't get it. Every sorority including Kappa has a mix of girls. Who decided that Beta and Kappa are tops? They are not all thin and gorgeous, so what the hell makes them "top tier"? The amount of partying they do? How are they any different than DDD or DZ for example?
