lose the negativity
by: Tired SeniorWhy does everyone feel the need to rank and rate groups of women rather than acknowledging how great and wonderful all the new members are and uniting as a Panhellenic community? The endless amounts of rankings and ratings poison and ruin our Greek system by pitting women against each other instead of building them up. This is why girls drop the process. If we didn't force rank and instead valued each house as unique, more women might be joining the community and building it up more. Can't we all just agree on that? We all go to a wonderful and selective school so really we are not all that different.

I came across this site while trying to look up something about my son's fraternity. I am amazed that college students at a top university engage in online adolescent ranking and bullying. If this happened at a middle school, people would be outraged. For those that feel the need to rank your peers, get it out of your system now because it will not be accepted when you get to the real world. Try ranking your co-workers and see how that works out for you.

Right on Dad. It’s ridiculous that people can put others into “groups” and then declare that they are in the “better group”. All hiding behind Greek Rank — to say such things publicly would be embarrassing to oneself because of the lack of maturity it would take to do so.
