sorority and fraternity tier explanations

Sororities
Top: Kappa, Beta, DDD
Most competitive for rush. Popular girls that mix with top frats and get invited to top frat’s beach/ mountain weekends.

Upper Middle: Chi O, KD
Very similar to the top in the way that they are extremely competitive as well. With a good PC could potentially be considered top.

Lower Middle: ADPi, DZ
Not as competitive but still very selective who they want. Mix with a lot of the fraternities. Get invited to a bunch of weekends as well.

Bottom: Theta
Least competitive, mix with frats and get invited to some weekends as well. Girls that are involved just not as popular.

Fraternities
Top: DKE, Machi, Pike, SAE
Largest parties that are very well known across campus. Mix with the most competitive and hottest sororities.

Upper Middle: KA, Alpha Sig, Chi Psi
Mix with some of the top girls and have great turnout usually. Get a range of groups to come out. Their main parties are known, but not as well as the above.

Lower Middle: Lambda, Sig Pi
Bring out a range of girls to their parties. Medium to smaller parties that are less known around campus.

Bottom: AEPi, Theta Chi
Small to tiny parties that bring out a wide range of girls. Anywhere for guys is competitive, but these struggle a little.

Rankings or descriptions need to stop bashing organizations. This one did a good job at staying positive

When you say competive do you mean that there are more girls who them than they have space for or they are the pickiest or you need to have strong connections sisters before rush starts?

Nah - DDD are equally if not more beautiful and many of them are brilliant. I know one that got a perfect score on the MCATs and another they got the perfect score on the LSATs. From my experience - as a whole they are smarter and they are all around classier than XO.
