Which frats are actually on the rise and fall. Which frats if they get a good pc will move up in the ranks

On Top: Machi and DKE, will both get the best two PC’s. Not going anywhere

On Fall: Pike. Has had bad parties, no money, don’t get along with eachother.
Chi Psi, tries to hard to be on the rise.

On rise:
KA, SAE, Lambda, ASIG

I don’t think ka or SAE shud be on the rise. Both are on the fall due to being 1 screw up away from losing their charters

I think the schools highest donor is a KA that’s the only thing that matters now
