This is not accurate. Chi O has resorted to many snap bids every year for the past several years- aka less and less girls are putting chi o down as their first choice. This is not a secret or new news. Any girl who has been a GRC in the past few years can confirm this. They haven’t been top tier since 2013. Sorry. These rankings aren’t static and SO much has changed over the past 5 years at wake.. this ranking is outdated.
