actual rankings no bias

There are so many people on here with an agenda trying to make their frat/sorority look better, but here are the real rankings
Girls
Top: XO and Kappa
There's really no debating this, they consistent get the best classes and that won't change anytime soon
Lower Top: KBG
Gets great classes but slacked off this year. Closed the gap between them and tri delt a little bit
Upper Middle: Tri Delt
Keeps getting a little better every year, in a few years they may rise above beta, but it is very hard for sorority tiers to switch
Middle: KD and DZ
DZ did well this year, may go above KD
Bottom: ADPI and Theta
Boys:
Top: DKE PIKE SIGMA CHI
Dke got the best class around, pike and machi both got bad classes but their tier won't lower until next year.
Lower Top: SAE
Got the second best class, in a few years they're at the top
Upper Middle: Ka, Chi Psi
KA got way worse for some reason, girls don't want to go there anymore. Chi psi got the fourth best class and is getting better. Could be lower top next year, we'll see
Middle: Lambda, ASIG
Lambda got a good class but still doesn't have very lit parties. ASIG got a bad class but has litter parties. It's a tradeoff here
Upper Bottom: Sigma Pi
Sig Pi has more of a social schedule than any of the other bottom tier frats
Bottom: Tachi and AEPI

man I don't really care about this whole tier thing but I know damn well that a sig is not making their way up any so called rankings, quit posting on this site.. what did alpha squid do this last semester that got them any more notoriety? their only presence on campus is the fact that their pledges are all bald because they have to let everyone know "how hard they get hazed" now that theyre merged with the left over k sigs

it is actually quite easy to understand but ill draw it out for you
good class = high % of bids are accepted, competitive to get into, guys turn out to be cool, friendly, and are actually very close with one another
bad class = typically pulled together at the last minute, gave a bid to anyone, guys (girls) aren't very close with one another and are very cliquey.
the best PCs at wake forest typically are the ones where the members themselves are very good friends and are popular around campus, looks doesn't have much to do with it and anyone who says so is pretty close minded

Not really. Obviously the top 3 r right. Obviously KA took a huge fall the past 2 years and then got in trouble this year so they shud be lowered to upper middle. Hopefully they can start to actually throw fun parties and get a class to rebound. By default the rest are pretty much correct. What wud u change?
