Every year someone says “Theta got a really good PC.” Well that may be true, they will always be bottom tier. Admittedly, DZ has fallen but are still above Theta. I would be very surprised if theta ever legitimately rose above any of the other sororities. Every sorority has awesome girls but that doesn’t get rid of social hierarchy
