If I went on a rush date with a friend of a friend and it went pretty well do you think I will likely get a bid from her sorority?

remember 1st cuts are mostly GPA
There is a lot that goes into rush ... you talk to multiple people from each sorority - not just based off of one rush date.

Honestly it doesn’t matter, upper classmen go on so many rush dates if it was only one they might not remember but that also doesn’t mean you will get cut. Just see how rush goes
