They 100% will. This is a better situation for them. They used to be off campus and obviously succeeded before ever affiliating with wake

However with the current trend of Greek life at wake dke,ka,sigma chi would be the best off due to alumni support, money, and members

You can no longer be an off-campus fraternity at Wake, look at what happened to Kappa Sig and Sigma Nu. While that used to be a viable option, the current status of Greek life in the eyes of the school is too negative and the school will go on a hunt to rid any organization that tries to operate underground. They are fine right now, but the second they get caught operating as a fraternity (which is very easy to find out) they are screwed beyond belief
