hazing for kappas and chi os

I’m very interested in rush but I’m curious whether kappa and chi o are the only sororities that haze badly. Also I’m confused how they don’t get in trouble with the school for hazing because it sounds pretty well known as an issue. Does the school only focus on the frats? Thanks

BETA. The school doesn't seem to care since Pi Phi's nationals shut them down and Wake let them morph into Beta. So the big hazers are Kappa & Beta but I've heard XO and even KD hazes to some extent. DZ I know nothing about so can't comment on them.

Kappa hazes sophomores so it isn't "hazing" since they are already members
