by: New StudentI’ve heard over 350 girls get bids to sororities and less than 150 guys get fraternity bids. Is it really that hard for normal guys to rush? Any advice?

Yea getting into a good frat here is competitive compared to a good sorority. Just enjoy your first semester and go everywhere and talk to everyone. eventually you will find an organization that will fit your personality and what you are looking for. Once you find one or two you like get to know the current members and rush chairs. If you are a good fit you will keep getting invites.

Yes getting in to a top 5 fraternity is more difficult than most people think. There are so many people that are friends with older guys in fraternities and the spots in Greek life at wake are actually pretty limited. Just let the process do its thing, usually works out pretty well especially for guys
