the fall of the middle tier?

What will be left of the middle tier fraternities? I hear Lambda seems to be pretty much gone without being able to have a parties/take a pledge class and same with alpha sig on cease and desist=no pledge class/parties....Is the full spotlight is on SAE and Chi Psi with rush/social this semester???
