pi phi?

I'm a freshman in college and considering transferring to Wake Forest next fall.. I am a pi phi. Does Wake have pi phi and what are the girls like? thanks :)

The social media pics of Beta wearing old Pi Phi shirts would make you think otherwise, but we don’t have a Pi Phi chapter anymore.

pi phi lost their charter at wake, the only colleges in NC with pi phi are UNC, Duke and NC State

charter was lost in 2010 so its been awhile.. the chapter morphed into KBG which is known as 'beta' on campus. There are a lot of posts on here about them

what do u mean by morphed? Basically asking if i am already a pi phi can i not join a sorority at wake? or could i somehow be a beta?

If you’re already a pi phi the only sorority you can join at wake is beta since they aren’t NPC. You will have to rush though. Being a pi phi doesn’t make you a beta

given how badly they want to be pi phi/strings/whatever iteration of a long-defunct organization, you'd think they'd automatically accept a real pi phi, but idk if it would just be weird for this girl to be around them.
