What are typically the best parties every year? For example, I know DKE throws heat and hurricane every year but what other frats do annual things like that?

Machi has Islander and tight and bright
DKE has Heat, hurricane, Rave
KA has southern grit, some party thats like heat, and some others
SAE has jungle and beach party
PIKE has some big ones
rest are irrelevant

Pike's North-South in the 2nd semester might consistently be the best darty - either that or islander (machi)
