stereotypes frats

Do not go to Wake yet but have heard some stereotypes. Which of these are true or false?
Tier 1:
DKE- traditional top cause of house but stuck up guys
Machi- soft but rising to very top and people like them
KA- wanna be southernors but consistently top tier
Tier 2:
Pike- biggest frat with athletic jocks, fun but ratio issue at parties
SAE- nice respectable guys but ones girls wanna marry not party with
Tier 3: none very relevant. not many good parties past the top 5
Again, I don't know what is true so whatever people think let me know\n\n\n\n\n

For whatever its worth
Tiers have changed a little over the past couple years with sigma chi and pike pulling better pledge classes than DKE or KA.
Stereotypes:
DKE: Accurate but the guys aren't that stuck up. Spring 17 has some cool down to earth guys. Best party house. DKE isn't going anywhere.
Machi: The "soft" thing is mostly cuz they arguably have the best reputation with girls, but there are some gal pals in there too. Rising.
KA: Not southern but they don't really try to be either. Older guys are cooler than younger guys. Falling.
Pike: The most Athletic guys, some douche bags but overall popular guys with good parties. Rising.
SAE: Doesn't have any problem getting girls to their parties. Its known as the "freshman frat" because freshman girls like their parties. Pledge classes are ehhh though

I agree with Wallace from the Pits comments but would like to add that frats outside of the "top 5" do have good parties too and shouldn't be discredited. I've been to alpha sig parties that have been more fun than deke or Pike for sure. If you're thinking of coming to wake and rushing, have an open mind and don't believe everything you read on this site.

they have like a few good parties... maybe.. but if you're looking for a good wed fri sat scene as a guy rush the "top 5"
if you're looking for hot sororityty chicks who come to your parties rush the fraternities mentioned
p.s. SAE will forever be underrated \n\n\n\n\n
