true descriptions of frats and sororitys 2017

sororitys:
Top: Beta/Kappa
Classically super hot and overall awesome girls. Always fight for top spot but no one really knows which is better, up to individual opinion.
Upper Mid: Chi O, KD
KD is on the rise and has a tight sisterhood. Chi O usually has a mix of a few groups of hot girls then a bunch of randoms.
Mid: DZ/ADPI
DZ is in trouble but PC is good. ADPI has super sweet girls and is on the rise.
Bottom: DDD, Theta
DDD sank this year and only attracts certain girls. Still very sweet and a few standouts. Theta is still new but continues to rise.
Frats:
Top: DKE/Machi/KA
Historically/classicaly top. Great parties and their spots are kind of stuck as top tier.
Almost Top but not quite: Pike, SAE
They continue to rise and have fun parties with lots of girls. Great guys.
Middle: Kappa Sig, Lambda, A sig/Chi Psi
Pretty fun parties with good guys but who knows what will happen to Kappa Sig now.
Lower: Snu, Sig Pi/ Tachi
Parties aren't very popular but can still be fun. Good guys in each but who knows what will happens to Snu as well.
Bottom: Sig Ep, AEPi
Parties are honestly dead. Guys vary but still are usually good even though a bit awkward.

theres a lot wrong with your "true descriptions"
1 - DDD is not at the very bottom. Sure they may not have as good of a PC as the last few years but doesn't mean they're the worst sorority now. The DDD freshman PC has girls that stand out on each side of the spectrum. I would put them either between KD and DZ or DZ and ADPi.
2 - KA and DKE are on the decline. Just because they're "historically top" doesn't mean they're top now. Yes, DKE has the house so they'll always be relevant, but the people in the frat are more important than a building.
3 - Chi O should be in its own tier. Its not quite up with beta/kkg, but its still a notch above KD.
4 - I think with the combo of KA having an extremely small PC with a good amount of their rush targets going elsewhere, and also Pike's past 2 PC's which have both made a solid argument for the best PC in their respective years, Pike passes KA on the list, and are very easily giving machi a run for their money.
final opinion:
sororitys are almost perfect except for DDD is super underranked and Chi O is just a tad too low.
For frats, honestly I think its a toss up between Machi Pike and DKE for the #1 spot.\n\n\n\n\n
