what are the actual frat rankings here

Also what do you guys think of the freshmen PCs, based on who you know is going where

What is generally considered true
Top tier: sigma chi, KA, Pike, Dke (not necessarily in order)
Middle tier: SAE, Kappa Sig, lambda chi, alpha Sig, sigma nu
Bottom: sigma pi, theta chi, sig ep, AEPI

Sig chi and pike will have strong pcs because there is a lot of crossover between those two frats this year. DKE is also having a very strong year; DKE is historically the top house but only ended up with 14 last spring and only 1 in the fall. KA has had their PC set forever (which could be a good sign but are now scrambling for a few more spots to fill). Not sure about the rest, but the strength of their PCs will presumably follow the strength of their reputations on campus.

Sigep - Nice but kinda weird guys. Lotta brothers drop out of the fraternity, and they blanket bid a lot.

Sig Pi - Wayyy better than other "bottom" frats. Honestly time to start bumping them up
