Most ranks aren't very specific. Tiers don't tell the whole story because everyone values different things in what they get from a sorority.
PNM's if you are looking for rankings which do not concern tier but the overall amount of people that go out and turnout for mixers, here it is
Heavy Social: Beta, 1/2 of Kappa, DZ
Normal: XO, 1/2 of Kappa, 1/2 of KD, 1/2 Tri Delt
Not social: ADPi, Theta, 1/2 of KD, 1/2 Tri Delt
Although every group will have an exception to this
